Why did you start Pets 'n Stuff?
We launched Pets 'n Stuff in 2022 with the goal of making pet ownership that little bit easier. As pet owners ourselves, we know the struggle of finding quality products at a reasonable price that your pet actually enjoys using. That's why we started pets n stuff and have all of our products tried and tested by our own pooch, Poppy.
What makes Pets 'n Stuff unique?
Our range of products has been carefully selected by our team of proud pet lovers. This ensures our curated collections are practical, useful, and perfectly suited to your beloved furry friends! We also take the time to trial and test every product we stock to make sure they have our own pets seal of approval.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Pets 'n Stuff uses Australia Post for all deliveries Australia-wide. Orders purchased with standard shipping typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Orders purchased with express shipping arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Track your order and find more information on shipping timeframes here.
Can l cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as our team haven't already shipped your order. If they have, please allow for your Pets 'n Stuff package to be delivered and leave it unopened, so we can provide you with a return shipping label. Contact us to arrange your return.
Can l return or exchange an item?

Do you ship internationally?
